Every experience leaves a trace. Not only as a memory or a story we remember, but as a subtle shaping within the field through which we experience life.

In this episode, we explore the meaning of samskāra… the impressions formed through repeated movements of thought, action, attention, and relationship.

Through the lens of yoga, we examine how these impressions shape the field of experience: how attention moves, how patterns become established, how perception is organized, and how the world is encountered.

This episode is for anyone interested in self-inquiry, yoga philosophy, meditation, or the deeper patterns that influence how we perceive, respond, and relate to life.

This episode invites reflection

  • Where is my attention?
  • What is shaping my field?
  • From what condition am I meeting this moment?
  • What relationship am I creating with my experience?

Because every moment participates in shaping the way life is known.

The Seer remains unchanged.  The work of yoga is the refinement of the field through which the light is known.
