Involution with Veronica
Involution with Veronica is a space to think aloud about the questions shaping our understanding of healing, identity, relationship, attention, and change.
We live in a culture saturated with easy answers: Change your mindset. Let go. Heal the wound. While these phrases can sometimes offer helpful language, they often arrive before we have understood our actual experience.
Involution creates room to stay with the question a little longer… to trace assumptions, examine the words we use, and bring spiritual teachings into grounded conversation with psychology, philosophy, and lived experience.
Why “Involution”?
Involution refers to the inward movement of attention. Not as a withdrawal from the world, and not as another invitation to turn ourselves into a project to fix, but as a willingness to look carefully at what we bring into our participation with life.

Why Letting Go Can Feel Like Dying
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Why is it so difficult to let go of something when we already know it can no longer continue in the same way?
In this reflection, I explore what I began to notice about identity, grief, and the transitions we move through across a lifetime, and why letting go might involve much more than simply deciding to release something.
